This is the senior judgement the homepage compresses into four stages, written out in full and engineered into a system I built myself. Every step is deliberate, sequential and checkable, which is exactly why it travels across markets, and why a team that can’t design the motion themselves can simply run it.

Research the market
Map the landscape your buyer actually lives in: what is moving, what is stalling, where the budget and the urgency sit.

Competitor analysis
Where you genuinely win and lose, in the buyer’s words, so the positioning is built on contrast rather than claims.

Market validation
Pressure-test the demand: is the problem urgent, funded, and owned by someone specific? If not, we say so before spending a single send.

A precise ideal customer and the single sharp wedge that gets a busy buyer to lean in. Not a persona deck, a decision.

Each account is checked for a usable signal, trigger, context or category pain. If there is no real reason, we do not pretend there is. This is the line everyone else skips.
